Premade Lash Fans for Defined Volume Assortments
A useful premade-fan order defines the fan as well as the pack. We help professional buyers compare loose and arranged presentations with a clear record of the selected construction.
Density, curl, diameter, length, base and stem need to stay connected to the exact reference. Similar range names are not enough for an equivalent order.

Choose the Supply Presentation First
Loose fans and fans arranged on strips create different receiving and handling records. Tell us which presentation your professional team wants to review.
We can compare the available references without assuming the same count, stem or fan spread across formats.
Read the Loose-Fan Selectors Carefully
Product 5713 lists density options from 3D through 10D, plus 12D, and single lengths from 8–20 mm. The package selectors include 100, 300 and 500.
Confirm what those package labels represent. Curl, diameter and the actual fan count need to be stated in the accepted specification rather than inferred from the selector.

Compare Base and Stem as Separate Features
Product 5637 describes heat-bonded narrow pointed-base fans with long or short stem references. Product 4864 provides a short-stem 3D or 4D reference with stated 0.07 mm and C or D curl.
We can review the selected construction with your team. The accepted variant should name the base and stem instead of relying on a general premade label.
| Feature | Selection record | Sample focus |
|---|---|---|
| Density | Named option for the product | Accepted fan spread |
| Base and stem | Selected construction | Visible base and stem profile |
| Measurements | Curl, diameter and length | Exact accepted combination |
| Pack | Quantity and presentation | Contents and arrangement |

Keep Each Product’s Options Together
Product 5633 provides a Russian-volume premade reference with its own curl, diameter and length information. Product 5637 has separate density and length selections.
Do not combine the broadest specifications from several listings into one orderable item. We can help you identify the exact combination to review.

Count the Pack on an Agreed Basis
A price per box and a price per confirmed fan unit answer different questions. Record the actual count or agreed quantity basis alongside the presentation.
We can then discuss comparable order lines without treating a numeric package label as verified contents.
Compare Loose and Arranged Samples Independently
Review the base, spread and presentation against criteria set by your professional team. Keep the accepted loose-fan and tray-mounted versions separately identified.
A photograph supports the format discussion. It does not replace sample review or establish the same handling outcome.

Build a Stable Reorder Reference
Give each accepted combination a clear internal SKU. Keep the product reference, fan construction, measurements and pack basis in the same record.
We can use that reference when quantities or artwork change, while keeping changes to the fan itself visible.
Add Branding After the Fan Is Defined
Share the insert, carton and printed-label requirements with the accepted product selection. The pack should make the variant and contents clear to your own team.
We can review the branding scope, quantities and delivery context as parts of the same project.
Send a Premade-Fan Comparison Brief
Send the selected references, density, base and stem preference, measurements and required presentation. Add your quantity basis, sample criteria and artwork direction.
We can help you prepare an order brief with fewer assumptions between the product and the box.
