Pre-Glued Cluster Lash Sourcing for a Branded Retail Range
Pre-glued clusters use an integrated adhesive format and need their own product and instruction review. We can discuss a selected reference, its segment construction and the packaging you want for your overseas retail range.
Keep this route separate from a conventional cluster tray bundled with bond and seal. Similar lash silhouettes do not establish the same adhesive system, pack contents or use claims.

Choose the Adhesive Format Deliberately
The self-adhesive cluster reference is presented as a pre-glued format, while a bond-and-seal offer has separate supporting products. Their retail descriptions and contents lists should make that difference clear.
Select the actual product reference before developing the box. Do not add a separate professional adhesive as an assumed accessory, and do not transfer instructions from a different lash system.
Review the Segment and Base Construction
Our 5704 reference describes 0.07 mm PBT in D curl, with single lengths from 8–20 mm and an 8–14 mm mix. Use that as one defined starting product, not a specification for every pre-glued listing.
Compare the segment shape, base appearance and arrangement on the accepted sample. A cat-eye or wispy style description does not establish the width, count or length of every segment in the pack.

Specify the Length Arrangement as an Order Field
A single 12 mm selection and an 8–14 mm mixed selection are different retail configurations. Record the selected length option and the accepted row or segment map together.
For a mixed-length offer, count the actual segments and keep their allocation in the sample record. Avoid inferring a fixed number of complete applications from the range of lengths alone.
| Configuration | Order reference | Record separately |
|---|---|---|
| Single length | Selected 12 mm reference, for example | Curl, material and segment count |
| Mixed length | Selected 8–14 mm mix | Actual length allocation |
| New arrangement | Proposed marked segment map | Sample review and feasible configuration |
Treat the Alternate Pack as a Separate Reference
Our 4986 reference is a pre-glued segmented wispy cat-eye offer with one mixed black selection. It is a separate catalogue item from the D-curl PBT reference and should have its own sample record.
Do not copy the PBT material specification or single-length choices from the other product into this pack. Review its actual construction, contents and product information before describing the material or offer.

Count the Retail Contents Before Artwork
Record the total lash segments, their arrangement and any additional components. State whether an applicator is included or separately sold, then align the retail description with the photographed pack.
The adhesive format also makes protective packaging and product information part of the review. Ask for the selected product's storage guidance and packaging requirements rather than inventing shelf life from the style photograph.
Keep Sample Review Separate from Wear Claims
Use the sample review to identify the construction, pack contents, segment separation and presentation you accept. Keep the relevant product information with the selected sample and assess the intended use appropriately.
A photograph cannot establish wear duration, waterproof performance, reuse count or suitability for every wearer. Do not write a numerical wear or reuse claim on the carton without evidence that supports that exact selected product.

Approve Product Information and Branding Together
Place the approved product identity, contents, use information and branding on the artwork proof. Check that the label area is large enough for the intended market's required information.
Keep the lash sample and artwork versions linked. If you change the adhesive-format reference, review its instructions and packaging again rather than retaining copy from an older product.
Compare the Same Retail Configuration
A meaningful quote comparison uses the same reference, segment arrangement, pack contents and quantity. Different segment counts or included tools can explain a price difference that a general style name hides.
List printed components, sample work and delivery scope separately from the lashes. Confirm the project quantities and timing for the defined offer rather than assuming a standard condition across all pre-glued styles.
| Quote field | Like-for-like basis |
|---|---|
| Product | Same construction and selected options |
| Contents | Same segment count and supporting items |
| Presentation | Same protective pack and printed components |
| Delivery | Same destination and quotation scope |
Send the Product and Retail-Offer Brief
Send the selected pre-glued product link, desired length arrangement, segment-count requirement and included-item list. Add the brand artwork, destination, intended market and sample-review needs.
Use the conventional refill guide for lash-only replacement trays with a separate bonding system, or the starter-kit guide for a multi-component offer. A clear distinction helps us review the product you actually intend to sell.
